From the moment my wife and I arrived at River Towne Center we were met with compassion and kindness. Everyone that we have come in contact with: the nurses and CNA's, the doctors, the admin staff, the front desk personnel, the maintenance staff, the insurance staff and all those who work behind the scenes have treated us with kindness and respect. We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived at River Towne Center but I can say that we have been very pleased and are truly grateful to everyone here for their efforts to make us feel welcome and to ensure that that my wife Rita gets the assistance she needs to recover and to return home as soon as possible. It's easy to see that the staff at River Towne Center truly cares about us and our needs. Martina has been a treasure from day one. Without reservation I can recommend River Towne Center to anyone who needs compassionate around the clock care for themselves or their loved ones.

Lisa is amazing to work with and deal with. If Lisa is not available I will leave a message for her to call me back or I’ll call again. She is professional and engaging unlike the other ones who barely have time to answer a simple question. Lisa is an asset to Rivertowne Rehab.

The day I was transferred to River Towne Rehabilitation changed my life. I was admitted in July on a trach and ventilator. I discharged on yesterday trach and ventilator free. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was weaned. My family and i are so pleased we found this facility. When my wife couldn't visit, she was always kept informed on how I was doing. My room was clean and tidy. There is always staff around and willing to help. Their care, compassion, and kindness has given me and my family so much hope for the future. I trusted them from day one and I have seen first hand their care of other residents. Thanks to all the staff at River Towne and it truly takes a village. my family and I can never thank you enough

My dad is a patient. No priority in achieving success, delays, needed medicals supply's on back order for months, voice recording you get when you call is totally off base and could not be farther from the truth. Assistance in relocating is lacking. Seems to be all about the money. Do not leave your loved ones here.

The staff at River Towne Center was very nice and caring, but the facility was not that good. There were several times that I have been in there and they are working construction right around the patients who are wheelchair bound. I saw the food, but it turned me off. The room was very small. It seemed like the 1-person room was bigger than the 2-person room which is kind of odd.
