The staff is very rude and most them are young girls with no yrs of experience very ghetto and most the cna keep attitudes never smile .the place seem so un peaceful and boring. Need some spice and nicer crew.please fix this problem knowing nothing gone change .which is pretty sad.I feel so bad for the people family that's there.

This facility was a little questioning. #1 I went and looked up reviews before I went to visit and what I found wasnt pleasing. The rating scale is for 1 to 5. 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. There wasnt a 4 or a 5. Every rating ranged from 1-3 and that was enough to raise my eyebrow. I decided to go take a look anyway and the staff was a little unpleasant and when I asked questions, no one seemed to know the answers. The facility itself was very clean and presentable though. Maybe this place is getting the ratings based on how they were treated when they went because I surely didnt feel welcomed.
