I went to the Oaks at Acworth. The big apartment and the next size one was pretty good. It was better than some of the sizes of apartments. The transportation, the doctor's office, and things like that are two of my main things. And an outdoor space would be the third. They were doing an activity in the room when we arrived. I think the staff was kind of new there. Cleanliness was fine. They had a patio, it was a rainy day then, and the patio was made of wood. Over time, sometimes it's not as level as it should be, I think for the senior citizens.

We visited Oaks at Acworth and we liked the size of the suites and the lower residents to caregivers ratio. They had an outdoor walking trail, game nights, and stuff like that. They had a large dining area that was not too crowded and a beauty salon/barbershop on site. The staff we met was very friendly and easy to get along with.

Oaks at Acworth is very high in my consideration. The room is a one-bedroom which is kind of different because the bedroom has a walk-in instead of a sitting room, but it is still fairly nice. It was a 5 as far as the tour. It was very nice, and they were very cordial. The person who showed me around was the manager of the facility, and she was wonderful. They have sitting areas and rec room, that kind of thing.

Very beautiful place. Staff members we met with were very nice and informative. Just basically shopping the market right now and haven’t made any commitments. Did a virtual tour and things looked nice. We were only able to see the main lobby area due to Covid rules. It honestly looks like a ski resort lobby.
