My 99 year old mother has been at this facility for almost one year. She is in a wheelchair and has limited hearing and vision. I can not say enough wonderful things about the activities staff , nursing service, and delicious food preparation that this facility offers. The activity department plans daily functions that appeal to everyone with live music weekly. They go over and above to make everyone happy. Everything is kept spotless and smells clean, including everyone's individual room. My mother loves to go out into the lovely courtyards or the large area out front on the rocking chairs. She feels loved and protected but free to roam. I can not thank them enough for providing so much peace and comfort in living out the remaining days of her life.

My dad was at AdviniaCare Paddock Ridge for a couple of weeks. It was really pretty, but their care was terrible. It looked like it was brand new, but the care that he got was terrible. They never got him to do anything. We got him out of there because he wasn't eating. He was in the memory care. He was losing weight. He ended up with a diaper rash because they were leaving his depends on him too long. I would definitely not recommend them.

My dad has moved into AdviniaCare Paddock Ridge. He has been there for two weeks now. It's a very welcoming community. They are very caring to the residents. They try to do as much as they can to help them. My dad was in bed at the previous facility all the time, but here, they are encouraging him to get up and sit in this wheelchair so that he can have some socialization. It's a newer facility and they're adding on, so they are a growing facility as well. My dad's room is very large. We can't fill it with enough furniture because it's so big at this point. It's a very clean facility. It's very light and bright. Each resident gets their own room, which is nice. They don't have to worry about noise or distractions from other residents. The dining area is a family-style eating area where they sit at a long table and they're able to talk with each other. They have a kitchen area right there where they can get food or drinks off time. They are served like they're at a restaurant, so the food is just up for them, and they are served by the people that are working at the time. They can get the food anytime they want. They don't have to eat at a specific time. For activities and amenities, they have people that come in and provide music. They play games with the residents. Each resident has their own bathroom, so they don't have to share. They have four different sections for residents, and each section has its own courtyard.
