I have been a resident of Highland Country Estates for four years now. It's a gated community. The gates open from 7 in the morning until 8 at night, so it's convenient to get in and out. I'd say is more like 65-plus. It's an elderly population in here and it's very quiet. A lot of entertainment goes on. They have a pool, a pool table, bingo, potluck suppers, and stuff like that. Within the park itself, they have a lot of stuff going on, so it's a pretty nice setup. The homes are all evenly spaced. It's all nice and neat. They even paved the road out in front, so it looks good. The floorplans are pretty much the same. The staff come by on holidays and bring gifts like for Valentine's and Christmas and stuff like that. They're nice staff. It's just a nice place. They have a clubhouse, a pool house, a bingo room, and a pool room for swimming pool. They got pretty nice stuff.
