This facility is very old and in desperate need of renovation. There is not adequate storage in resident rooms for personal belongings. Clothing, blankets, etc are pilled on top of what furniture there is. There was no seating for visitors in the rooms. There were so many residents just milling around in the halls it was hard to navigate. There was a resident sliding out of her wheelchair crying for assistance and staff walked right past her. A very sad place, can't see how anyone would thrive there.

Interior needs extreme renovation. Depressing environment with furniture that should be in the dump. Mold in patient shower room. Bottom of shower has broken tile - unsafe for patient. Memory care has minimal activities. Food quality substandard. Hallway stench unacceptable. Patient's clothes are lost -even with labels. They dress them in whatever is handy. Understaffed for the best quality of care. Do not put your loved one here.

My father is at Pelican Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center. I believe it's the best program for him. His room is very clean. I like it. It's very good. The staff is very polite, very nice, and very helpful with bathing, meals, clothing, and laundry. The facility is very clean.

My mother is in Pelican Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center. They help her with everything. There are activities. There is therapy. They do bingo. They have all kinds of things going on all the time. The staff is pretty good, but it depends on what shift. The night shift sometimes fails. They are left shorthanded sometimes, but they do their best and take really good care of her. The food is excellent. She is in a shared room. They have a nice dining hall, a rehab center, a nice courtyard, and a couple of patios. Their activities are great. They could use some more helpers to keep maintenance up. Value for money is fair. They need to get more help that stays there longer. Other than that, they are pretty good. They have a great rehab center, and they have people that care.

My mother is currently a resident in the memory care wing. The rooms are large and bright and the staff is wonderful, kind and loving to the residents! My mother is very content! The facilities are neat and clean.
