I’m living here at The Salvation Army. It is absolutely a great location. The people are very nice. This facility is affordable for this area. They have a chapel. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. I’ve only been here for only a week, but it is easy to meet everybody; that’s what I wanted. I play bingo at night, and we’re going to play bridge next week. There are activities all the time. The people are very nice. They bend over backwards to make it as nice as they can.

My grandma moved to Mindeman when my grandpa died. They had all these little cottages and she lived there for ten years until she passed away and they totally rebuilt it. She absolutely loved the place. It was really great for people who are still pretty much independent and they have their neighbors to help them.
