Terrible Service Here

My grandfather is there with dementia and he is constantly being neglected. I have to be repeatedly asking the nurses to check up on him. He has also been taken to the hospital on several occasions as he has wounds that are not properly taken care of at the facility. Unfortunately, I have not found any other facilities that are taking long term patients or else we would have taken him out already! I would highly recommend looking for a different facility if you are wanting to take your loved ones.

The nurses, CNAs, dieticians, and therapists did an unbelievable job of taking care or our mom in her final months. They are extraordinary people doing an extraordinary job! The staff is fully engaged from diet to rehabilitation to overall care. i don't have a single complaint.

Staff was very friendly and gave a nice tour of the facility and amenities available to residents. Place seem clean and residents seemed happy and well taken care of. My father will be coming soon.

My mom has already been placed at Sierra Valley. The staff is great. I wish there were only two people in the room instead of three. The food is home cooked, and it tastes great. They have bingo and dances, they do arts and crafts, and they play Bunco. I like everything except for the small rooms -- everything except that is perfect.

I would not reccommend this facility. My father is diagnosed with Dementia and we put him in the care of Sierra Valley Rehab and promptly had to remove him. Absolutely do not recommend.

very friendly environment, polite staff and very loving residents. As u walk in you could feel the joy and friendliness of the environment.
