This facility came highly recommended to me from a friend, at first sight I was a little concerned. However, my mother received excellent care. The staff was very informative and knowledgable during her stay and she is know doing wonderfully at home. This facilty deserves its 5 Star rating and is the only place to send your loved ones.

My father resides here because he has Alzheimer's and his general health is failing. The facility is somewhat small, I think they have about 30-35 patients. The rooms are clean, but there is always that hospital smell to the place. The nursing staff is very dedicated and competent, and they always respond in a timely fashion if I have any requests. On thing that I would suggest is that they provide a bit more in the way of entertainment for the folks in their care. The nurses are not responsible for this, but the outside event planner whom they employ seems to have an inconsistent schedule. One other thing that I think would be nice for the patients is a better outside area for them to sit and rest or visit. The patios in the back and front are ok, but a nice landscaped area perhaps with a waterfall or some kind of foliage would be a very nice and peaceful place for the patients to rest and visit.
