7-14-17 its ok, needs improvement though, for transportation (pick up), Kevin (manager) said to be ready at 8am, well I had to call a few times around pass 8:30am twice on why my pick up hasn't arrived, it wasn't until the 3rd day that the pick up time was at 9am and that the time to be ready was at 8:30, this is not a place for Alzheimer's since they don't do one on one care, even though Kevin said he will arrange for a helper, this place is understaff and the staff are under paid, parking is really small, free Hair cuts on Tuesday and there is bingo and some follow the leader exercise, they have breakfast, I recommend you bring a to go container if the member (patient) and the visitor doesn't finish the meal and wants to bring it home, they have lunch but it is for TO GO and arrives before 1pm that's when the drivers also give the food and take the person home, so the people mainly eat at home, they also allow guest to eat breakfast and lunch for free the process to enroll someone is kinda weird since they want medicare and an updated(current issue date) state medi-cal card, group plan card like LA care or blue cross, etc , want ihss hours for a month, former occupation and highest education level
