I currently have a cousin residing at this facility. The day my cousin moved here he was welcomed like a true family member. We were greeted by a warm heartwarming soup and a cup of cappuccino( honestly i dont know how many facilities actually serve cappuccino to their residents nowadays). Anyways , food is jot the only great thing about this facility… it is very clean very neat and organized. Residents are very respectful towards each other. Overall care is exceptional too. They have 24/7 staff ( if needed) and all the residents needs are met right there and there. Folks you can make sure your loved ones wont be abandoned like in some other places.

I placed my brother in a home called Silver Light Care, and they were wonderful. They provided full care, did all the cleaning and helped him shower and whatnot. It's private ownership, so the daughter of the administrator and her parents took care of the residents they have. I have no nothing negative to say about Silver Light Care. He had a typical bedroom, except they didn't have dressers in there, they have a closet. I've had quite a few meals there, they had a variety of food and they had just about anything you can imagine. they do a lot of walking. And when I was there the staff was always busy cooking, cleaning, and helping the other residents. The staff members were all wonderful, some nurses would come in, and towards the end of my brother's life, they had a 24-hour nurse there at all times. It was just an overall wonderful place to be, it's a very good home. The place was spotless. I highly recommend them, they're a small private organization, but they were wonderful. The reason why I chose Silverlight Care was that it was more of a home atmosphere as opposed to an institution or a hospital atmosphere.
