Worst neighbors ever. Dog barks incessantly. Caretakers have explosive yelling matches. Owner Sammy is one of the most disagreeable neighbors and is despised by all around. Currently have a mentally ill patient whom cries daily and has outbursts and no one atrends her because she is "sick in the head." Collectively, there is not one neighbor who would retire here.
