Caring Hands LA

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Assistance: we provide hands-on help with personal care tasks that residents can no longer safely or effectively perform on their own, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation (moving around). Medication Management Support: Under direction, we ensure residents take their medications accurately and on schedule, monitoring for any side effects or issues. Safety and Health Monitoring: we are the frontline observer, consistently monitoring residents' physical and mental status, reporting any significant changes (like signs of illness, falls, or emotional distress) to nursing staff or management. Promoting Independence: We encourage and allow residents to do as much for themselves as possible, promoting remaining skills and enhancing self-worth and independence.
