"We toured Meridian At Laguna Hills. It seemed very friendly, the rooms were nice, and they gave a lot of options, which was nice too. They looked like they had a great dining area. In the apartment that we saw, appliances were provided. There was one small one with just a hot plate, so that didn't have appliances, but then there were a couple of others with a stove and oven. The staff was wonderful."

"My grandmother has moved into Casa Doctora III. It's not specifically a memory care, but they deal with dementia. It's a room and board. The staff have been very helpful and attentive, and we've been very happy with them so far. I was there yesterday, and they were having lunch, and the lunch was good. For activities, I know some of them do Bible studies, and they were going out and doing some chair exercises. They have a backyard with tables and chairs."

"When I visited Leisure Lodge III, it was tight to fit the wheelchair through the doorways, but the rest of the house was okay. There are four bedrooms, two are private and two are shared. I met with the owner, and she gave me the tour. The residents were just sitting there watching television. For common areas, they have the living room and dining room. I thought it would be in better condition, but it's okay. I rate it a two, not that it wasn't what I was looking for, but I was concerned that the doorways were not big enough for a wheelchair. They had a backyard."

"We toured Crestavilla three different times. We like all of the different activities. My cousin wanted a two-bedroom apartment, and they had two-bedroom apartments available. That was very important. We like the restaurant. There was nothing about it really that we did not like. We liked everything about it. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The first time we were there, we had an omelet at breakfast time, and it was a very good omelet. It was very well prepared, exactly as we ordered. It was delicious. The building seemed to be very clean. It did not look like it needed any work like refurbishment or anything. It was in very good shape. It seemed to be well laid out. They had very large rooms. Some of the two-bedroom rooms are almost 1300 square feet. It's laid out nicely. When you go in, you feel like you're in a very nice apartment. It doesn't feel like a hospital room or a studio apartment or anything like that. It felt very spacious. The one that my cousin will get has two nice views out of her apartment. The bedroom overlooks the pool, and the living room overlooks Crown Valley Parkway."

"Pacific Shores has 6 residents in a home. My mom really likes it because it's so classy. They're in a really nice neighborhood, and even the owner was there to give us a tour. The rooms are cozy, and there's enough room. The staff are good workers; they're all Filipinos. We went there once for lunch. The food was good. "
