"My sister was at Live Love Laugh Assisted Living Inc for about 3 months. Their caregiver lives there, and she does all the cooking, and the laundry, and she takes care of them. But she always looks angry, and she acts annoyed with the residents. She's just not understanding of their situation. She expects them to remember what she said the day before. I've heard her yelling at the residents. She would stand there and yell back and forth. Of course, they're going to yell back. It's not a very good atmosphere. The place looked clean, but there were always a lot of flies in there. They just had the TV on all day loud. It's a small group home. They had a dining area but not everyone was able to sit at that same table. There was another table in the living room for the others. She had a shared bedroom with a bathroom. They served fairly healthy meals, but they gave too much sugar sometimes. They should get more staff and train them how to behave, how not to yell at the residents, and to be more understanding of their residents. They should have some daily activities for their residents. "

"What can I say, Yvonne took the best care of my Mother. There is one on one interaction and Yvonne is very good with her patients. The facility which is a regular home is set up to par. The place is clean and you can see Yvonne takes great pride in her business. I thought my mother would only be there 6 months but ended up there for 3years. Will always refer Bater Assistant Living. "My sister moved into Bay Isles Senior Care. They're very nice to her. They speak to her. They don't yell at her. They don't expect more than she can do. They are helping her to stand and to sit, and to walk without criticizing her, which helps a lot. She's doing a lot better here. It's a small group home. There are 3 other ladies besides her. She has a nice room with a nice bed, a dresser, a closet, and a bathroom. They have activities and they have a time when they do exercises. They also do some coloring, paintings, and drawings. They have a hairdresser that comes on Friday, and a doctor comes and checks on them."

"The Perfect Place worked out ideally for us because they speak Spanish, so it worked out very well for my dad. Everything is excellent. The cleanliness, the service -- they are just outstanding. If I ever become disabled and I need it, this is where I want to go."

"I saw everything at Watercrest St. Lucie West except for the memory care. It's a wonderful community, but it didn't have enough parking for visitors. My interaction with the staff was great. They had a screen up, memory games, puzzles, and they take people out on shopping expeditions."

"Mom is at Heavenly Adult Care. It's a very comfortable place. It's very spacious for the residents to move around. The eating area is nice and comfortable, too. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathing facilities for the residents are very much up to par the way they should be. It's very clean. Everybody there appears to be happy and at home. The staff is great. The food is excellent. They cook it from scratch."

"Mom was at Rosewell Home & Residential Care. It's a well-established place. It was very, very comfortable, very clean, and immaculate. The care they provided was what you would want for your loved one. They had a menu and it was pretty nutritious. Iceland was one of the people in charge of the facility and she always took special care of the residents and was attentive to every one of their needs. She always spent time with each one individually and even collectively. So I had no complaints about her. They also had games and sing-alongs."

"I had a nice tour of Nate's Health Services Inc. The rooms were a little small, but they were clean. The staff who assisted me was wonderful and very informative. They seemed to have good activities. They have an activity therapist that comes in to do arts and crafts with the residents. Their dining area looked OK."

"I was impressed with her nursing knowledge and skill in caring for their physical needs. I was also impressed by her compassion and interest in their personal history and comfort. She went out of her way and beyond expectations. She took Dorothy to Martin hospital and saw that she was admitted to the emergency room. Dorothy passed in 2013. Shortly thereafter Mary's husband died and we did not hesitate to move Mary to the facility because we knew she would not only receive quality medical care but personal care. This was recently demonstrated when Devoline saw Marys BP drop, called an ambulance and Mary was admitted to the Tradition Med Ctr. We were surprised and pleased two days later when we visited Mary to find Devoline there. She had come on her own time to visit and encourage Mary. She is a skilled nurse, compassionate and willing to give of herself in the care of residents at her facility. "

"My father has moved into Serenity Garden Assisted Living. It's a wonderful place. The staff is attentive and nice. My father can be a real pain in the ass with his mental problems and everything, but they're always there and they're always attentive. They always do their best in every situation to accommodate what they need. The two head nurses are wonderful people. They will go out of their way to make someone feel comfortable. The community is not very big. It's a house that has five residents. The food is good, and so the women take care of the people there. It's clean and homey. You could feel comfortable sitting on their porch out there. It's very nice. From what I understand, they have activities like have TV, games, and things out in the back in the porch area. I'm more than happy to pay the amount to take care of my father there. The staff and the woman that owns the facility are very down-to-earth and very easy to talk to. They're very helpful and very respectful."
