"Crestview Senior Living was beautiful. Everything was brand new. The facilities were clean. It was just stunning, and it was big. The staff was good. They were friendly and accommodating. It just didn't fit our mom's needs. They had a nice physical therapy room that was close to the front door. They had a beautiful dining room that had a huge fireplace in it, as well as a huge flat- screen television. The tables and chairs were brand new. It looked like you were walking into a top restaurant. They also had a bar separate for those who wanted wine or beer or soda after hours or whatever, and they had staff on hand to do that, that was extra, but it was available to all the residents. They had a very large theater with a big movie screen and the seats like in a movie theater would come down, you could put your Coke or your drink there, and they would show really good movies that they thought people would like to see or people could request a particular movie. They had a beautiful outdoor area that had a barbecue pit, and they would encourage family members of the resident to come and partake and grill and have other family members there. They had a little dog section that if the residents chose to bring their animal there, they could walk it out in this little park and it had like a little tube that the dog could run through and stuff, which I thought was pretty cool. They had nice outdoor seating and stuff like that. They had a room and they had a hairstylist there, so you didn't have to leave the premises to get your hair done."

"I'm here. If you need help whether it's for PT, OT, you need medication help, or you need someone who can take care of you while you're recuperating from an accident or surgery, then this is the place. It is an older building, but they are trying to make it more up-to-date. Like anywhere else, you have good and bad staff, it just depends on how you are with them. If you have a good attitude, then they're gonna reciprocate and respect that. A lot of them respect the residents. I would probably say 98% of them do. They do very well with cleanliness. Housekeeping goes through two, three, or four times a day and they make sure that everything is wiped down. They wax the floors, and they sweep the floors. The tiles are always washed, and the trash is always empty. You don't have trash sitting in the corner. The food is good. A lot of times, they have more than I can eat. They give you good proportions, so it's good all the way around. We have bingo and nailcare for the males and females. We have monthly birthday parties. We have music and dedication or devotions for church service type things. Right now, with the COVID and everything, it's hard for people to come in, so we do our own praise and worship. They have enough staff, but people get sick and they have to go home, so it's nice if you have people that can be on standby. Everything is very well maintained. It's an older building, so it needs improvement in some places. They make sure the residents are engaged. They make sure that you're not just sitting around twiddling and in the bed all the time. They make sure they get you up and be interactive. If you have a loved one that needs a place to have care, I would recommend The Blossoms at Cumberland. The staff that they have here do care about their residents. If you have a need, they do what they can to help provide it for you. If they can't, they try and find a way to get it for you or they will solve the problem if you have one."

"My husband's aunt has been in a nursing home for most of her life. She has been at this facility for about 15 years. She is part of their family and is treated with the best of care and love. Thank you, England Nursing Home and please keep up your good works. "

"I toured Woodland Heights, it's luxurious. The apartments were spacious, they had a large walk-in closet, and they also all had a balcony or a place where you could sit outside. They provide you with meals, and they have a full kitchen, while the other place we saw only had a breakfast area, not a full kitchen. It's at 900 square feet, which is almost double the space compared to the other place. There's also a lot more activity here and more people were out visiting with one another. There seem to be more people out gathering. The dining area was very nice. They provide linen service, and they have a washer and dryer so you can go use it. They do not provide cable or wifi, so we'd have to pay for that, but it was very nice. They had an operating salon, they had a library area, a game area, and they also had a pool, and a hot tub. The maintenance of the place is excellent, it's very clean."

"I was so impressed from the moment that I walked into this facility. The staff members were really nice; they were so kind with assisting me to my family friend location. I went up stairs to her apartment. I was so impressed with how nice her apartment was. The room wasn't as big as the room at her old home, but it was big enough for her. The room was really clean and the staff members came by many times to ask if we needed anything. The activity director was really nice, she came by to see if she wanted to attend the activity that was planned for the day. She said no because she had a guest; the activity director was so nice she told her that she would leave the activity out for her to do latter. I thought this was really nice. I stayed for a while because she wanted me to eat dinner with her. I wasn't sure if it was alright, so she asked a staff member for an extra dinner ticket. I told the staff member what I wanted to order. I was shocked because the food was so delicious. After, eating I left and the staff members were really helpful with helping me find my way out. Last but not least, the building is a little older, but has been updated. And the decorations are really nice. "

"I looked at Stonehaven Assisted Living. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I liked the layout of their building. They shared their monthly activities calendar and I feel like there's really a lot of attention to the social life of the residents. The place was very clean and updated. The staff was very knowledgeable about the needs of the residents and interested in ways to meet those needs."

"I did not feel comfortable at The Greenbriar on Stagecoach. They charged $20 each time to drive people to their doctors or stores. Their pricing was cheap enough, but you get what you pay for; it had a smell to it, and the building looked like it needed some repairs."

"My mom will be moving into The Blake at Chenal Valley. It's just beautiful when you walk in. It's a brand-new facility that just opened up in December of 2022. Everybody was nice. The rooms are beautiful in the way they're laid out. The dining areas were great. I ate there, and the food is wonderful. It was just all new and fresh. They don't have studios, there are apartments; you get a living room and a bedroom. They have arts and crafts, a movie theater, a physical therapy room, and a beauty shop, where they offer not only to get your hair done and you can get manicures, pedicures, and massages."
