"The visit to this facility was for a Halloween fundraiser. The staff impressed us with their greeting as we entered the building. They were very courteous. They were helpful in showing us the facility. We took frequent breaks on the tour and listened to the history of the building, the daily activities that are planned, and the creative opportunities for the residents to be a part of. The tour was brief as were there for the Halloween fundraiser. The facilities were very clean. The food was delicious and plentiful. We were very satisfied with the food options and no one left hungry. There was a Halloween contest that rated the costumes of the attendants. It was very fun for everyone involved. As part of the festivities there was a magician. He put on a great show, incorporating the crowd into his tricks. For dessert we had cake. It was decorated with the Halloween theme. "

"Bright Horizon Adult Daycare has a number of people that they have to care for, but they've given my husband the attention he needs when he is there. They do have a calendar of what they're having for lunch. They do have a calendar of what their activities are each day. This is the one and only day care program that I looked into and was referred to. I'm happy with it. The staff was lovely."

He was here three times a week and showed me a lot of stuff, which I do by myself now. He knew how to connect with people and make them comfortable. "

The moment you walk into this facility, you notice its cleanliness. You do not smell the pungent odor of residents who wear attends and are being ignored, forced to sit in their own urine or feces. Sadly, this is what I encountered in many other long term care nursing facilities in my search to find just the right home for my grandmother. The nursing staff was another point of interest for me. Of course I understand how busy they are, but I wanted a place with a staff that tries their best to care for my grandma the way I would. The staff at Wilkonson's went above and beyond. From a distance I watched as they gave the best of themselves to each and every resident, treating them with the respect and dignity they all deserved. The staff helped place a smile on these people's faces. This is how it should be. I didn't hesitate to make my decision based on this factor alone. If you live in this area, and are forced to place your loved one in a nursing home, I would highly suggest Wilkinson's. Not only is it clean and represent an actual home, they are treated like human beings. "

"My mom was in rehab at Wesley Health Care Center because she had a stroke. She was only there for a couple of weeks. They did really well with her. The nurses were so friendly and so willing to tell me how she was doing. My mom also liked it there. We thought the nurses were great and she was really showing improvement; however, she had passed away. I would still recommend this place to others. "
