"Manor on the Hill was great. It was clean and well managed. Everyone was very helpful. They had studios and joint rooms, but they mostly had just single rooms in the memory ward. Some of the activities were exercising, yoga, crafts, and painting. The dining hall was very nice and they had a separate one for the memory care unit, but they could also open it up on certain days to the other community. They had a game room, a dining area that the family could rent out for a party, an outdoor patio, and walking clubs."

"My mother has been at Dodge Park for 5 years. I'm very impressed with the care she's gotten. Everyone is very attentive. The staff really loves her. They give her a lot of affection which is important because I don't live in the area. They're very respectful of families when families come. I really appreciate that they make sure you have time alone or participate in any of the activities if you want. I get regular updates with any minor or major concerns or anytime anything at all changes. I'm very happy because I'm very close terms with the nurse practitioner and the doctor who work with her through Dodge Park. Mother is 94 years old. We had some incidents that could have gone a different way but I think because of the care she receives there and Doctor and Mrs Weinstock, She's very happy and very healthy. The facility is very home-like. It's not very modern but they have a very modern system to take care of residents. It's all computerized, there's touch screens throughout so people can access or input information easily without having to go place off and do it. I think is marvelous that all of the staff is able to record information as it happens. There are a couple of living rooms, sun room and outdoor area. The dining room is very cozy too. I feel that she's in very good hands. I really couldn't have done any better anywhere else and I don't even think I could have done as well as we've done at Dodge Park."

"My grandmother was admitted to the Highlands for short stay/rehab twice in her life. Both times she has said the staff were very nice and caring. They always checked in on her to see how she was doing and even made her laugh. She has never had any complaints while staying there short term. The food was good and plentiful and the facility is very clean. The staff are always helpful and smiling. "

"I've been using Montachusett Home Care for about a year now. The caregiver goes grocery-shopping for me. She runs errands and gets my prescription. She's very considerate and kind. She talks decent and she's just a nice person. The agency can improve on training their staff on dusting and helping me out with certain things that I can't do like bending. They send me people that can't bend. What good is that? They also don't provide transportation and that's what I'm looking for. "

"Rivercourt Residences was very nice. We enjoyed visiting that place. The facility was excellent. I saw one apartment and it was very nice. The whole building was very clean and maintained very well. It's a refurbished mill so the outside venues were very nice. The food was excellent. We had lunch there and the people we dealt with were excellent. We met a couple of residents who were very nice and liked the venue very much as well. They have a library and various rooms for parties that people can use. If you have guests, you can have them come into those. They also have a hairdresser/barber shop and a dentist's office. So, they seem to take good care of the people."
