There logo states "The difference is caring" and I felt that on my tour andmeeting the staff and residents everyone looked so happy. They had a great activity going on which the residents seemed to love. We stayed for lunch and it was wonderful. My Mom kept telling she is not ready for assisted living and after the tour she said "when can I move in". "

Good care, expert medical supervision, friendly, caring staff, good food, meticulous cleanliness, and memory care programs were important, and they are all there. We found a home for Julia where she can move about, keep what skills she has, maybe develop new ones, and make some new friends. As family, we entrusted her medical care to the conscientious staff of physicians and nurses who carefully supervise her medical care, and monitor her medications to assure that her individual needs are being met, and that her family is notified when changes are necessary. Spiritual care is also provided. Dodge Park remains Covid Free - the residents are safe and healthy. After two years, I can still attest that Dodge Park was the right decision. "

"I thought the staff was very friend but seemed over whelmed. The amenities were very nice and seemed clean. The nurses seemed like they knew what they were doing and answered call lights when they went off. I had a positive experience while visiting and I hope others did as well. My grandmother said she enjoyed the hot meals and games that were provided by the activity staff. The rooms were good sized and privacy seemed to be very important. "

"I've been using Montachusett Home Care for about a year now. The caregiver goes grocery-shopping for me. She runs errands and gets my prescription. She's very considerate and kind. She talks decent and she's just a nice person. The agency can improve on training their staff on dusting and helping me out with certain things that I can't do like bending. They send me people that can't bend. What good is that? They also don't provide transportation and that's what I'm looking for. "

"Rivercourt Residences was very nice. We enjoyed visiting that place. The facility was excellent. I saw one apartment and it was very nice. The whole building was very clean and maintained very well. It's a refurbished mill so the outside venues were very nice. The food was excellent. We had lunch there and the people we dealt with were excellent. We met a couple of residents who were very nice and liked the venue very much as well. They have a library and various rooms for parties that people can use. If you have guests, you can have them come into those. They also have a hairdresser/barber shop and a dentist's office. So, they seem to take good care of the people."
