Helping Hands was the one that I chose for my mom because one of the things they did that was important to me was, I met the people who are going to care for my mom before I left town. They were very terrific. They were caring, friendly, skilled, and very professional. It was a very good experience.

Horrible customer service, between not returning emails and phone calls about questions myself and others had, or being answered weeks later way past the time help was needed, it’s been such a disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Even the owner doesn't bother to return emails over serious, serious issues, I actually had to install special software to keep track of if he was even opening my emails and emails others had sent him (he was) but never bothering to get back to us with answers. It's obvious this company is much more concerned about maximizing profit, rather than the best interests of their clients. Terrible, terrible experience.

Maybe they have good care givers but I have had many issues with this agency as far as the way they have treated me. Their lack of unanswered questions...not returning phone calls...not following up on insurance for the patient...and many other things has shown me their lack of concern about their patients and lack of professionalism.
