There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Comfort Keepers. They had wonderful people that came. They came at night so that I could sleep. They took care of my husband from 10 at night to 6 in the morning. That was every 4 nights a week. They helped him with whatever he needed. If he needed to go to the bathroom, if he needed washing up, if he needed a snack or something, they did that. The ones that came were trained, especially to give him his medications if he needed them.

I don’t do reviews.I have a very high standard.l wanted to share my experience and thank Comfort Keepers for giving me peace of mind. We have been caring for my elderly father for two years now and have not had a break. We had Comfort keepers come in for a day and we got a much needed break. We have been working with Kelly and Liz. My Dad absolutely adored Liz and she made him feel very comfortable.Kelly is very kind and understanding. It is a full time job caring for your elderly parents.Taking a small break can help you re-charge. I look forward to using them in the future as my Dad’s disease progresses.Thank you , words cannot express.

We used Comfort Keepers, Vancouver for 6 months and they were great. My father was in hospice (at home) and my mother also required help. Kelly was most accommodating to our ever-changing schedule. Each of the care professionals had something different to offer. We really appreciated the help of our fantastic team of regulars, Tracie, Tammi, Martha, Kathy and Elleanor. All of these ladies walked with our family and supported us so we could spend precious time together at home.

We love this team of caregivers and the organization! We first used Comfort Keepers to care for my dad until he passed away. Now we are using them to care for my mom. The caregivers have all been awesome and the agency is always responsive, kind and caring. Recently when my mom fell ill and we needed more in-home care, I was able to call them on quick notice and arrange additional hours. As our family navigates the ups and downs of mom's health - Comfort Keepers has been accommodating and awesome to work with. Highly recommend this group!! Thanks Kelly!!

I don't often write reviews but Comfort Keepers is such an outstanding company and I must give credit where credit is due. They provided such excellent care for me for several months when I was first released from the hospital and bed-ridden last year, and again this summer to give my sons a break for the summer. They also previously cared for my elderly Mom before she passed away. Comfort Keepers is a people oriented company, which are few and far between these days. All of their employees are cheerful, skilled, and conscientious. Hilary and Jordan have both been so very helpful and accommodating to both my sons and myself this summer.

Our experience with Comfort Keepers was a God send. My first call to the owner, Kelly was reassuring and music to my stressed out ears. My dad was the care taker for mom and he went to the hospital leaving mom alone. Kelly had a care taker with my mom the next day. The care takers brought flowers to my mom and took such good care of her. My mind was at ease and I could be with my dad more. The people at Comfort Keepers Vancouver really care for her and I can sleep at night.

I'm so pleased! I've tried numerous in home care companies and nobody compares to comfort keepers and kelly. My mind is at ease and I have no worries about the care that my grandma receives by Kelly's caregivers. They are organized and will work with you. I'm so happy I finally found a place that understands what quality care is.

From the beginning to the end, comfort keepers staff continued to do all they promised and even more. The staff was very well trained, all of them were compassionate and tentative to their client, even long after the client passed making sure I was ok as well. At least 5 of the staff were going to Medical school and were extremely well trained. The other team members were experienced by skills obtained by on the job training and classes they were expected to maintain while working for the company. I would give 5 stars but I never have. Thank you Comfort Keepers for helping to make my dear friend last days so special.

Anyone dealing with the diagnosis of a parent with Alzheimer's experiences many fearful emotions. This is such a cruel disease and very often family members are not equipped to deal with it. How do we make sure our loved one gets the best care? Where do we start? How do we handle this? On and on... Comfort Keepers has been such a blessing for our family. Not only for our mother but for us too. They have expertly guided us in how to deal with this disease as it unfolds and lovingly made our mother feel very comfortable. This is not an easy feat and it continues every day. I can not begin to thank them enough for helping us on this journey. If you are dealing with someone who has Alzheimer's I urge you to get in touch with Comfort Keepers for extraordinary assistance.

We previously had another in-home agency for my parents for over 6 years. When my mother entered what would be her final illness, they bailed on us - telling us she was too hard to care for. I called Comfort Keepers and they came out the same day and began service a week later. The Comfort Keepers are all top notch. During my mother's last weeks, she was cared for tenderly and caringly by her Comfort Keepers. My father, who is 90, continues to be cared for by his ladies 24/7. They look out for him, take him shopping, and assist with his personal care. We could not ask for better care or support. The managers, Kelly and Jamie stop by frequently to check on him and to insure that he is thriving. We could not be happier or more confident in the staff.

We started using Comfort Keepers in Oct 2014 after moving to WA from Calif and have found them to be a very caring company. We have had 6 of their employee's come to help when needed, their always on time, always professional ,ready and able to do everything needed. When you have an unexpected need, Comfort Keepers are always able to meet that challenge. We would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs someone to help with a loved one.

I am in my late 50's and have muscular dystrophy. I know that the majority of people who need exta help are elderly. However, people of all ages in different circumstances need specialized help also. I am confined to a wheelchair so my care is critical to my everyday life. I have lived in assisted living previously and I now have in-home care provided by Comfort Keepers. I have nothing but great things to say about the Vancouver WA area Comfort Keepers. Generally a good business starts at the top with the owners. These owners are incredible. Since day one, they have kept in contact with me to make sure I am receiving the attention and care I need. I feel they really and sincerely care about me the person. It is far more than a business to them. The caregivers they have provided to help me are my guardian angels. Anyone can go into a home and help a person with their day to day needs, but the caregivers I have are like part of my family. From top to bottom Comfort Keepers in Vancouver WA are the best! I highly recommend them.
