I am happy with the care of Chesterfield Services. My caregiver cleans, cooks, and washes the dishes for me. She’s really thorough and was very easy to get along with from the start.

They do basic home health. Workers are fine. Management is the stuff of nightmares. Pushed to violate covid protocols. have 3 times more help hours than I actually get. They force minor children of caregivers to translate for free instead of interpreters or phone translators. They send workers when not scheduled. I have had to tell workers when I quit program in past because staff did not tell workers. I am trying to quit to get more Meals on Wheels right now. Management is not listening...I do not understand how they stay open.....

Working with Chesterfield was a nightmare. They weren't able to process constuctively basic feedback about their caregiver and make sure she is punctual and doesn't leave and takes days off as she like, without any advanced notice. The caregiver spoke poor english which she used to her advantage making poor excuses as per why she needs to leave for one hour in the middle of her shift. The only response the agency had was to offer a different caregiver, but then failed to do so on few occassions. Avoid at all cost!

First I want to say that I am happy with my current care giver. I am also happy with her supervisor. These are the only reason I decided to stay with the agency. If my caregiver leaves I will go to another agency, My hours increased starting this month of June. When I talk to someone who claims she was a supervisor I was told the hours were not increased and they could not adjust the hours. I did get upset and told her that was not right they were cheating me out of my hours. She told me to call my DHSH case manager. Now, I was not the most polite person at this time. I told her I was going to get another agency. Her response was and I quote "that would be great," I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor. I do not believe that. Later that day they called me back and said my new hours was in the system. The other thing is I can not understand what they are saying because of their accent. I have a hard time understanding accents. When I think of what she said to me it makes me wonder if they even care about their clientele.

They have the most inadequate employers that don't speak English. My friend has to be subjected to being yelled out, explaining what they need to do, due to language barrier he must point to everything. I have complained many times and everything is still the same.
