The service has been excellent. They are prompt and easy to deal with. They had an ample group of people that were available at the time I had the need when my daughter was coming back home from a rehabilitation center. They met my needs. They are excellent. We've had three caregivers at different times. We have them as a regular every day, and we have them for the respite care as well. Each one has been excellent, prompt, attentive, and careful on the details. I have high regards for Mid-Atlantic Home Health and the work ethics of the individuals. They're caring. Everything has gone very well. When I have calls for the respite care, they have been prompt to be able to let me know the same date, and they were able to fill my needs. We've been using them since February.
