They help him. I'm still doing his care, but a caregiver comes. It helps me a lot because I don't have to bathe him every day. They could give us more time.

When they come, it's excellent. They have helped my uncle the most with the routine. Someone is there, someone helps him with his medicine, and someone makes sure he is stable. For some reason, we have been through three or four different people. I was hoping we could have the same people so we could get a routine. Nobody has come for a couple of days.

The services have been good. They help me do things that I can't do. Some of the workers are better than others.

They could be providing transportation for me to go get groceries and things. They only provide service in the home. There are other places I have to go. When the nurses come to my home they don't tell me the date or time that they're coming. I like to set aside that time for them, but they don't give me a heads-up.

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer feedback. We unfortunately have requirements from certain payer sources that prohibit announced visits. We must do unannounced supervisory visits from time to time, but they will always be within your scheduled service dates and hours. The visits will typically fall around the same time every 90 days. From time to time you will have one scheduled, but they are primarily going to be unannounced. In addition, those same payer sources prevent us from providing transportation services. If there are services that you would like to add to your plan of care that may not be covered by the insurance, we can discuss other alternatives that may offer a solution. Please reach out to your servicing office to further discuss, and thanks again for reaching out.

Sometimes we don't have a nurse if the regular nurse isn't here. We need to know ahead of time that we don't have a nurse. When the regular nurse isn't here, they need to have someone fill in because that's not always happening.

Care Advantage sometimes doesn't have enough caregivers for me because if a caregiver calls off sick, they need to do better at getting a replacement for me. They have been a disaster because they can't always provide a caregiver for me.
