Thank you so much for taking the time to offer feedback. We unfortunately have requirements from certain payer sources that prohibit announced visits. We must do unannounced supervisory visits from time to time, but they will always be within your scheduled service dates and hours. The visits will typically fall around the same time every 90 days. From time to time you will have one scheduled, but they are primarily going to be unannounced. In addition, those same payer sources prevent us from providing transportation services. If there are services that you would like to add to your plan of care that may not be covered by the insurance, we can discuss other alternatives that may offer a solution.
