Hello Bob, I’m sorry for the experience you had with our Caregivers. Training is something we definitely take seriously. Our policy is to have the Case Manager train any Caregiver that enters your home on the designated plan of care. I believe this is something that sets us apart. Hello Dorothy, I apologize for the confusion with our services. I know having a Caregiver in the home takes a little bit to get used to. Case Managers and Social Workers devote a lot of energy and time to make this sometimes very hard transition easier. It seems we were not able to achieve that this time but please know that we strive for that every time and that your feedback was reviewed to better our team.

We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care.
