I hired Platinum Senior Care for my husband. They come four hours a day and three days a week. No medication help, but they help with bathing, and they help watch him when he is moving around. Staffing and billing is OK. I have a long-term care policy on him, and I activated it, so they submit the time cards to them and then they contact me to approve them about every two weeks.

We used Platinum Senior Care, and we're very pleased with the help. They were helping with feeding and bathing, and just generally getting him in and out of bed. All of the caregivers were very nice, my parents liked them, and were happy with them.

I was very pleased with Platinum Senior Care. Their service was great. The caregivers were very professional, caring, and did all that they could do. I was with my sister 100% of the time, and I would recommend them to anyone. It was worth every penny. They were topnotch. They provided personal assistance and anything that she would ask for.
