CareWorks made a difficult time much easier for our family. From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly reliable. During a stressful period, it meant a lot to have people we could truly depend on. The staff were attentive, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Their kindness and genuine care really stood out and made a meaningful difference for us. I'm using CareWorks of Houston, TX. They've been good. I only have used one caregiver, and she's very good. She takes her time with my mother and she's very attentive. She's doing what I want her to do, so it's been nice having her. She comes in and sits with her from 10:00 to 3:00, Monday through Friday. She does the laundry and she fixes her meals. Communication with the agency is really good. Value for your money has been good. I think it's a fair price. The caregiver is very sweet, patient, and she gets along well with everybody. They're very flexible in the fact that if you need to add more time, you can add more time and if your caregiver is not able to be there, they give you someone else, so that you're not stuck without not having one, like, if they're sick or whatever.

CareWorks has provided caregivers for my dad with dementia for 3 years. They are very responsive to finding another caregiver when one is not a good fit or when one quits unexpectedly. They work hard to find quality trustworthy caregivers. I have recommended them to numerous friends and will continue to do so. They really do care and it shows!

I have been extremely satisfied with the level of personalized care provided to my Mother by my Care Partner Mrs. Deborah. She is the perfect fit for our family. She is very attentive to my mother, is very kind & has a very engaging personality. She keeps me informed consistently as to what is going on with my loved one. She is very hardworking & looks for ways to support our family's needs. She keeps my Mother very active, and keeps a daily routine of exercises & engaging activities with her. We are very grateful that Careworks & Mr. Hardy matched her to our family.
