They were very quick to respond to all our phone calls and emails. Everyone on staff that we talked to on the phone or visited the home were very caring and professional. They had medicine delivered any time day or night when we needed it. It wasn't always as quickly as my husband wanted it but home delivery can't be as fast as a hospital and even in a hospital you can wait hours for doctors' approval and pharmacy to fill a prescription.
