My mom is using Four Winds Hospice - San Antonio TX, and so far, they're doing good. As far as customer service, they've been timely and they've provided great service and compassion. They provide a CNA, social worker, chaplain, and nutritionist, and the staff is attentive to her and punctual. It's been paid through Medicare. The scheduling is fine, they provide us support three times a week. When I needed something, they always jump to get it completed or give me the necessary items I need.
