Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The people are always courteous and kind. They treat my mom with respect. They have treated me with respect, and they treat my mother with respect. They joke with her, talk with her, and try to do things as she wants them done.

I like the agency being hands-on in reaching out to us and making sure we have what we need at all times. It's good to know that you have someone doing the job and that they are caring for the patient. The provider has helped the most by taking a burden off me and allowing me to care for my dad.

I am a resident of Austin, Texas. My parents are quite elderly and live in Longview , Texas. Because There is an approximate 6 hour drive between Austin and Longview, I have found it very difficult to arrange for the proper emergency and routine care that they need. Enter Payton and Right at Home, Longview. For the past 6 - 8 months, I have been working with Payton, who is a representative of the Right at Home company. Together we mapped out a plan of care for my parents that addresses their needs. Payton has been very responsive. He has gone above and beyond that which is required to ensure a safe and healthy environment in their home. I know I can depend on Payton when an emergency presents itself. Well done!
