Continuity Care was great. They helped my mother out a lot after a major surgery and she's doing very well now. The nurses that came to her home were very kind and knowledgeable and always took the time to answer any questions we had. We would get carried away sometimes with questions and they never seem bothered by sticking around to talk to us. Great agency and highly recommended Continuity Care to anyone needing home health care.

They just passed their JHACO recertification with "Zero" deficiencies. Real quality service.

I pick Continuity Care myself just a few days for my dad. The caregiver was excellent. She's nurturing, attentive, and has excellent wound care skills. I have no complaints. I would absolutely recommend them.
