As far as Administrative professionals, they did their job, and there was never an issue. The issue came when my father needed OT care. The occupational therapist Bruce who works at Lake Houston Home Healthcare is rude and lacks compassion for people who are struggling due to their particular struggles. My father had a very bad car accident that left him paralyzed and needing reconstructive surgery on his shoulder. More than once during a therapy session Bruce dropped my father's arm, instead of assisting him with lowering the arm. Which cause him to have unnecessary wounds that take longer to heal as a diabetic. Bruce was aware of this, because my dad asked him not to just drop his arm once before. It's unfortunate this had to take place. If your loved one needs attention that requires compassion and understanding I pray they don't have to encounter Bruce. It is worth noting. We received excellent care from physical therapy and the nursing staff. Felicia Tyson

Lake Houston Home Health has been providing some physical therapy for my husband a couple of times a week; a nurse will come when I need one. What I need is some help, or an aide, to come and help me, but they don’t cover that. Their physical therapy for my husband has been really helpful. They have tried to be very kind and helpful to me as much as possible. I’m giving them a high rating because they’ve been very helpful, kind, and cooperative with me. When I’ve gotten angry at them because of some miscommunication with the doctor and explained to them what the mistake was, it got corrected and fixed. They know I am not happy about it when it happens, and they’ve been very kind and cooperative about it.
