The administrative people who work at Winners (not the caregivers) are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with. Every time I need to talk to them, I have to call several times as they never pass along my messages. And then I have to repeat myself a million times because they always transfer me. After hours on the phone and a sore throat from having talked to a dozen people, I'm lucky if my issue is resolved. Worst agency I've ever dealt with. If you want to keep your sanity, stay far away from them!
