Worst company and they NEVER answer the phone. I have been calling for the PAST 2 DAYS for IV treatment, Rehabilitation and no luck. They will easily cancel on you and not call back. There on call dept doesnt respond back.

Gaspy was impossible to work with from Day 1 of my husband's recovery. Getting a nurse consultation and physical therapy evaluation took countless phone calls. We finally did get nursing and physical therapy but, especially with PT, many times they did not show up. Every time I would try to speak with our case manager, he was busy. He also apparently doesn't return calls. We finally cancelled the services when we found an outpatient therapy center, we found that they were documenting visits that did not happen, and we are working with insurance to make sure those visits are not charged. The only reason they are getting two stars and not one is that the nurse who first visited was very kind and was very punctual. If they try to send you home from the hospital with this company, ask for another! Your loved ones deserve better.

Would have liked to have known prior to the end of the year that they didn't accept our new insurance. (a nationally accepted AETNA EPO) My Wife had hip replacement Dec. 15. Gasby showed up only twice in nearly three weeks, but was supposed to have been there at least twice a week. We had to initiate calls to ensure they actually showed up, and at end of year they never bothered asking what our new insurance was, We called on Jan. 5 and they said that my wife had been discharged from care as they didn't accept our new insurance. Level and standard of care is unacceptable. The PT Tech that did come out was awesome, but the company IMO is one I'd shy away from.

THEY ARE FULL OF THEMSELVES THEY LIKE TO ACCUSE THE CLIENT OF WRONG DOING INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DO THINGS ON THEIR SCHEDULE THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE CLIENT OR WHAT THEIR NEEDS ARE THEY ARE RUDE THEY TELL PEOPLE TO CALL THEM BACK BUT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. THEY KEEP CHANGING THE STAFF NEW PEOPLE COME IN AND THINK THEY ARE THE BOSS. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE OR IM GOING ELSEWHERE.

As a caregiver, my main concern is my husband. My husband has not had adequate physical and occupational therapy since released from the hospital. The biggest problem is communication and scheduling. Having one treatment a week is not sufficient to recover. I leave messages several times in a day and don't receive a call back in a timely manner or no call at all. I'm frustrated and I contacted my insurance company and they are looking for another provider. Best of luck to you all.

6/14/2021 I have called 12 times, and each time there has been no answer and the automated answering machine hangs up on me no matter what option # I press (# 1 - 9). I’ve been waiting for an initial evaluation appointment for my mom since Friday, 6/11. So far, no phone call from ANY nurse.

TERRIBLE service. As soon as they knew we had good insurance they came right away. However they came without the proper supplies and promised they'd be back the next 3 days. They never showed up, didn't call, and didn't return my calls.

Some nurses are not caring and some are wonderful. My first nurse could not speak english very well and I could not communicate very well. Then they sent out another nurse and she was an angel. She taught me everything I needed to know. If I had a question at 10pm She answered her phone and talked to me and answered my questions. Professional. Reliable. Her bedside manners were the best I have seen. She made sure I had everything I needed and Showed me where resources were when the time came for discharge. I wish all nurses were like her. Her attitude was humble and respectful. I will request her if I need services again.

I have been a client with provider for a while now, and I have had ZERO problems. And my experience with this agency has been excellent from the start. For a year and a half I have had regular visits with their therapists, and I feel inclined to say that they genuinely care about their patients.. over the years I have seen some of the worst from different providers. Call them!! I promise they are always ready and willing to help! Surely I am not the only client that has had a great experience?

I had a good experience with this agency. The clinicians were very attentive to my health needs. I would gladly recommend this agency to family and friends if needed of home care services.
