It was close to where our son and his family lived. There was a lot of cooperation with the staff. Generally speaking, it has provided care for my wife, who was very sick. She is doing much better now.

They only come to drive me to the doctor. It's just a few hours every so often, so it doesn't impact my life too much, but I am very pleased with their services. I like the service, I like the people, and they're prompt.

The staff needs to talk to one another more, so they know among themselves what's going on with a resident. I like the variety of resources that are here.

My mother is very hard to please and not a happy person, but I am extremely relived when they come and are there because it helps her to stay independent a little while longer. I love the neighborhood and the area and the people.

It was convenient and allowed him to get the help and attention that he needed. There was not great communication.

They will call, follow up and listen. I would recommend them but when they contract to it makes CC look bad. I had to run them out of my house. At imminent care the nurses were awesome but when they had to contract them out, that made them look bad.

They could be a little more organized and have better communication. I like all the friends I have met here, they do a lot of things with the seniors. They seem like they care.

Young Senior Living has made my experience positive by providing primary care physicians. I like Young Senior Living because they do a good job preparing meals and they have lots of activities available.

They were always pleasant and nice and helped me. There seemed to be a lot of switching of caregivers that needed to be done. CC Young Senior Living could improve by not switching caregivers.
