So far I think my husband is happy with the one that's coming to the house. Well he's had two different ones but he likes this one that he has right now with Medway. He likes their service. Probably took just two days for the agency to find a good fit for him so they didn't keep us waiting. I am also comfortable with the his caregiver. My husband is in bed all the time. He sleeps just whenever he's ready to sleep so right now the caregiver at least stays thirty minutes in the house, five times a week. She helps him with bathing and getting his medicines. My husband thinks she's really friendly, she wears a smile on her face. She talks to him and have a conversation with him. She's not in a hurry to get out of the house. She takes the time to understand my husband's needs and she's responsive. She makes sure everything's fine before she leaves. So far from what I have seen, yes I would refer Medway's services to other people. They're keeping me worry free.
