They really tried to match the people up who followed our needs. My wife was bed bound, so if the body chemistry didn't work, they would replace them as quickly as possible. The particular office in Bristol, Tennessee was owned by Larry, then they got merged into another office. They bent over backwards to try to work with my minimum hours. If they sent someone that wasn't satisfactory, they replaced them as quickly as possible. There was a big snow and some of the caregivers were unable to get to the homes to care for people, so the owner himself went and picked up the caregivers himself to take them to and from the homes.

They could send some people that will actually work, and who will sweep, mop, and do dishes. They could stop sending so many different people.

BrightStar is very nice, and they try. They are having trouble getting me someone. I am supposed to have care seven days a week, five of the days for eight hours and Saturday for four hours each. They sent someone over here, and her son was in the hospital so she was too upset to work. They told me that they would send someone new, and then the same caregiver came back, and her son is still in the hospital, so she still was not able to work. I have another caregiver that works Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and she is fabulous! BrightStar is trying to get me someone for the other two days.

They have made my life a little bit better and I like the people they send to me. So far they have been really excellent to me. They offer a service where they can take me with them to get my shopping done. It makes me feel better.

They stayed with him all night so I could sleep. They came and did their job very well. We especially liked the first one, she did a very good job and was very sweet. The second one who came for a few nights did her job.

They did everything that I expected them to and more. They were all very cooperative and always on time. If anything came up that was out of the ordinary, they would call me. I was pleased with their services.

I would like them to be proactive in doing things that they see need to be done. If they see dishes, don't just leave them on the counter. The main reason why we had them is because my loved one wouldn't get in the bathtub, but some of them are not very proactive. I have't had the same one every time. Some are fine with just sitting there.

They gave her baths and did really good. They don't keep up the help like they're supposed to.

They mainly helped with her medicine and made sure it was administered properly and on time as needed. The people working there are extremely compassionate.

They give her a sense of security that someone is there and that they have assisted her with some of her routines that she cannot do on her own. The staff shows up on time, and they are courteous and helpful.

I could see how it could be beneficial to an elderly person. I'm not saying it wasn't beneficial for us, but it wasn't really what I was looking for with my child. I like how the service was very flexible. They always managed to have somebody there, even if the main person wasn't able to be there. The only thing is that the services weren't really tailored to what we needed.

It was frustrating for me. They didn't have good quality employees and it's hard. They were the best as far as administration and communication. However, the pool of caregivers was unreliable.

BrightStar Care has really helped me in my time of need. They are very attentive in the office when I call and always have sent caregivers that fit well with what I need help with. I understand that my insurance will not provide me with more hours, but they always fit every thing they possibly can in when they are here with the hours provided. The supervisor is very attentive and has been quick to answer any concerns. The care givers that have been sent have all been very nice and polite.

The lady that comes is only there for 2 hours. She isn't there everyday and she cannot wrap Robert's leg. Her boss told her that she cannot do it, but she used to. I think my uncle needs more hours because she can't help with laundry or things like that.

BrightStar Care makes numerous mistakes on my billing. I have to go over every invoice for at least the past 6 months. Sometimes I have two girls show up to a shift and sometimes I have none. I am very unhappy with BrightStar. Care. The caregivers prepare meals, are excellent cooks. They keep up with medication, laundry, shopping, shopping lists, errands, and take us to doctors on time.

I would recommend BrightStar Care because they are able to get caregivers here at a time that helps me out a lot. They're very punctual and detailed. The service has definitely helped when I have to go out, make some calls, or do other things.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care has provided good services for me. BrightStar Care has made life easier because I can't do the work myself and I need help.
