I flew my husband from California to Regency to be rehabillitated from a head injury plus a heart attack which left him in a coma. I can't say enough about the compassion, caring staff at this hospital. EVERYONE I encountered handled me with the utmost care and compassion. He had been in ICU in Cali for 2-1/2 months and Covid lockdown kept me from being with him. We've been married 45 years and apart maybe 1 week at a time our whole lives. I assumed the lockdown would be the same at Regency but I was pleasantly surprised when the CEO granted me 3 visits a week. It was extremely important for me and my husband that we got to spend that time together and Regency "got it!" That's what I mean about compassion! They understand the human part of care. Although they could not save him, I will be forever grateful for their care and the understanding staff there. May God bless and keep each and every one of you. My grandmother was in Regency at Saint Francis for several weeks. They were fantastic, very caring, very compassionate, and very thorough. The staff was very understanding and very involved in the care. They're constantly making rounds. They kept the rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Overall, they're really great. I would recommend this facility to others.
