Their nursing staff is horrible. My GF came home from rehab after spending 2 months 10days in the hospital and ? weeks in rehab. The staff was no help at all. The only thing they did was check vitals and look at her wound. Absolutely ZERO help with ostomy care besides providing bags which took an act of Congress to get. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service.

Gentiva provides occupational and physical therapy. They take vital signs, oxygen level, and blood pressure. They coordinate with the hospital. The care provider is very good and top notch.

I am very disappointed in the consistency of care provided by Gentiva. Imy husband was released from the hospital a week and a half ago and visited by the RN the next day. We were given the name of his nurse and physical therapist. We have not seen either of the people named as yet. In fact We have not seen the same RN or LPN twice and have had three different PT's. We understand that people go on vacation during the summer but you don't put them on the schedule for a patient only to have a different person show up. We don't like the idea of having so many strangers come into our home not to mention they are not in the least bit familiar with his case. We would not choose or recommend this service.
