We are using Enhabit Home Health & Hospice for our parents, and we haven't had any real issues. They usually text message me or let me know when they're coming. The issue we had was getting the supplies at the house. The initial supplies and all the equipment, the wheelchair, the walker, and other things like that, went very smooth and got there quickly. The other supplies such as the wipes, the pull ups, the underwear, and gloves didn't get there when promised, but that wasn't their fault. They're providing us with a social worker, a nurse, and a spiritual counselor. They have been very professional and very caring, and we have been very pleased so far.
