absolutely awful! lazy and informal is right. also, I have had to clean up after them as well as my father. after training one for a month, she still didnt know what to do. she was so old that she could barely walk up my 4 stairs to my apt. i told h&t the problems and they sent me a new one. she was worse and older than the other one! completely incompetent.

out of all the agency's that my mom has, h and t medical is the worst one, their cnas are lazy and very but very informal, they just work for a check....I would never recommend this agency to anyone.....
