It depended on the caregiver who was here. Some were better than others. I'd like them to be more consistent on what they did do while they were here. It depended on who came because some caregivers' skill levels were better than others.

I've gotten a lot stronger. They have done everything they are supposed to, and they are pleasant. I've gotten better.

They give us peace of mind while I am at work that someone is there to make sure he is safe and cared for. I like the fact that they are there and available. They are also willing to help people. I think it's a great service.

Having them here means that I can go out to do the things that I need to do. There will still be someone here to take care of him so he can get done what he needs to. I have used them before for my parents and I am very pleased. I like knowing who will be with him every day. I like getting that advanced schedule.

My dad lives in a different state, and they are the caretakers there. They are so reliable and have done such a good job. They've taken all the worry away from me. They are reliable, they have good continuity with their caregivers, they communicate very effectively, they're on time, they're neatly dressed, they're professional. I just can't say enough good things.

They are usually very friendly and nice people. They help me out so much around the house. They go through phases where I go through numerous people in a short time.

I couldn't get them when I needed them sometimes. We made it through okay, though. They do what you want. They do help the people pretty well.

My main complaint was that no one cooked them a meal. They would make a cold sandwich or something. There were maybe two times when they prepared actual meals. They need to improve everything. They did not cook for my parents, and that was the main objective of having them come.

It has helped a lot. The one lady came to see if everything was okay, and that was nice. They care about the people they take care of, and I can ask about my caregiver.

My mom had gotten sick and ended up in the hospital. My sister and I didn't realize how much care he needed and how much my mom had been doing for him. I contacted Comfort Keepers, and they came over that same day. Within 24 hours, he had 24/7 care. I think that they take time to match the caregiver with the person that needs the care.

I don't use them daily. When I do use them, I can positively leave without any concern whatsoever. I don't have to worry that something might not be right. I'm very satisfied. They're very professional. The caregiver know exactly how to interact with the patient.

They could've came, like I said before. They could have done simple chores. They could have shown up and been there.

I don't really need much care. They do what I ask them to, but my needs are very simple. They could try to stabilize the choice of the caregivers for the clients.

It gives me peace of mind to know that someone's with my mother and that she's happy they're there. They're consistent and compassionate. They're very responsible! They have done a very nice job with my mother. She really enjoys them coming.

We're able to keep her in her home and one of the family members doesn't have to be here 24/7. I have recommended them. Most of the caregivers are very professional and compassionate, which is very important.

I'm not used to anybody coming to the house. I don't have them come very often. I like the women that come to the house. They're very energetic. They want to do everything, and I only want them to do a couple things.

They help with visitation. They could improve the training. They have a variety of aides. They have older and younger ladies. The older ladies know to do some things, while the younger ladies don't until they are asked.

They can make our life easier by sending the same caregivers. I would like more regular caregivers.

They help with providing companionship and just being there. I have so many different ones, and they sometimes burn simple things like grilled cheese. I think they should make sure that the caregivers can prepare meals.

Whenever they are around, they always support my mom, even when she is not 100% mentally there. They are on time, they are efficient, and the helpers are great with my mom. They go above and beyond.

My caregiver has come faithfully and on time. We go for groceries, and we can have fun together. I like her a lot. It's wonderful. The gal I have is just lovely, and we get along so good!

They could do housekeeping, which helps my general well being. They shouldn't switch the girls around so much and just keep one girl through the whole thing.

My mother is still very functional, so she does not need much care. I like that they have a 3 hour minimum. I also like that the people that come into the house are bonded and insured.

It helps out because, if I want to see my granddaughter, I just have to call them. They are so nice and make me feel like family. I like that they really work around my schedule, which is a good thing.

They get my mother up and around and get her day started. Some are better than others, but they help me be able to make it to my appointments. They could have the same caregivers come. It is confusing for my mom to have a new face every other day.

They cleaned and did the laundry, which really helped out a lot. The reason we went with them is because they had a lower minimum. They didn't need them for as long.

They have made my life easier because of my back problems. I like that the caregiver we have now is really good and I don't have to tell them to do anything. They just come in and do it. We also have the same caregiver every day.

We askeded this agency to send someone to help our elderly uncle with his everyday needs; shower, shaving getting dress etc. They sent the perfect caregiver to our Bill. Although 4 years later my husband's parents needed extra help, so we called the same agency and they sent the most nosey, not too smart woman to help. We had to terminate her services. Granted, it was not the agency's fault, BUT they must train and set rules of conduct like discretion, respect and common sense. All in all Comfort Keepers is a good provider to senior citizens in need of extra help,
