I think Helping Hand is pretty good. I used them for about a month. There was a case where I decided I did not want to use a particular aide. I called them that I didn't want to use the person so they could tell her. But apparently, they did not let her know and the aide still came. So I suppose communication would be a thing to improve on. The personality of the aide was fine, but I don't think she really knew what she was doing.
