I am using the Comfort Keepers of Jenkintown. They're pretty good right now. They do a good job overall. We had some initial hiccups like getting me initially enrolled, and then the person that they initially hired was late at first, but then they rescheduled and got me a new person, and the person's now really good on time, so it's been fine ever since. They come in for my dad five days a week. They're good with setting up the schedule. They do three-hour increments, but they prefer if you do more. So, I have six-hour increments. I did get a lot of positive referrals from other people for them, so I gave them a try first. The person seemed very helpful.

I like how Comfort Keepers handled everything. They can bill my insurance company directly -- which is important to me too. They are just wonderful and are easy to work with. They are compassionate and extremely helpful too. They take care of my mother-in-law beautifully, and she is very happy. Everything is perfect, and I have no qualms with them.
