This company is AMAZING in every way! Such professional and courteous staff, and the nurses perfect in every aspect. I can't even begin to thank them all for the exceptional care that my family and father received. We had their service for wound care. while the nurse was ok, did what she had to do did not always wash her hands or wear gloves. The office service was not good and below standard. Some nurse were good about arrival times some were not. My mom was entitled to a Nurse and Nursing Aid she never had any aid services. The office stated they were having staffing issue and had no aid. However, if we wanted to pay for an aid we could call the Stroudsburg office and pay an hourly rate for an air which I think was around $20.00 -25.00 per hour. Without training a family member to care for my moms wound they choose to change the Doctor's ordered care and not come to change the wound dressing. Once again they were supposed to come and see my mom yesterday and then today they did not nor notify us that they were not coming. When I called them , they tried to blame us for their lack of communication and when I advised them that I was filing a complaint with Medicare for not following the doctors care plan they said I threatened them.
