Hospice of the Northwest Mt. Vernon is very good however I wish they'd communicate more with me because I have to keep calling to find out how my mom is doing, what's going on, and what changes are being made. They're very patient and kind with my mom though, and they make their regular visits when they say they're going to be there. My mom enjoys the attention. They provide nursing care, bathing, social work, and a chaplain. The caregivers are wonderful.
