We had used Carter Health Care in the past. They did a really good job. They came when they were expected. They called the day before they would be here on a certain time, and they were here within reasonable time. If they would be delayed a little bit, they would call and let me know. The came in and did what they had to do. I thought the caregiver's ethics were very good. They communicated and took care of his medication. If they felt, he wasn't fine, they would call the doctors and set up appointments. They were just a big help.

My heart goes out to anyone that has trusted in this home health care. If you want a nurse to input your logged blood pressure notes and your weight then sit on your sofa this is company for you. They sit on their tablet.... Transferring your info that you provided them. Showing their made house call. The other day... My father was outside back door. Had fallen. Laying on the ground. Within plain site. The nurse leaves to next visit. Many things the nurse claims my parents don't qualify for. ( that would require her effort on her part.) The " about our services" sounds wonderful", right? It is a joke. Please don't subject your loved on in the trust of this company.
