"We had used Carter Health Care in the past. They did a really good job. They came when they were expected. They called the day before they would be here on a certain time, and they were here within reasonable time. If they would be delayed a little bit, they would call and let me know. The came in and did what they had to do. I thought the caregiver's ethics were very good. They communicated and took care of his medication. If they felt, he wasn't fine, they would call the doctors and set up appointments. They were just a big help. "

"My mother is in a nursing home and of course it is a semi-private room. that is all medicare/medicaid will pay for. Her room is so small that you can't even turn around in her space, let alone get around in her walker just to go to the bathroom. she needs a motorized scooter but there is know way to have it in her room, it won't fit.
