Our overall experience working with Senior Helpers Westerville was fine. I liked the person who did the orientation a lot. She also did all the initial screenings. When the caregiver first came out, she was very young, and didn't have much experience. Her only experience was caring for her father, so she didn't have a lot in common with my mother. She provided help with light housekeeping. The billing was fine, it was fair, what we expected, and it was easy.
