My brother had serious heart surgery on Nov. 11; returning home after nearly 2 weeks, he lived alone. We hired Ben and his team. The care was outstanding -- caring, on-time, responsive. They became part of our "family." Provided basic care -- bathroom, bathing, grooming, med reminders, meal prep, laundry -- 12-20 hours a day at the peak before my brother's needs tapered off to 0 hours this weekend. We cannot say enough good things about Ben and Always There. Their goal wasn't logging hours; it was to help my bro' gain independence -- safely. They followed all COVID protocols, too. HIGHLY recommend.

We hired Always There Home Care for my father. They've been very good so far, they help him with household tasks, they talk to him, they keep him company, and they help in cleaning up. They make sure he's okay, and they drive him to places. We've been using them for 2 months now. The agency has been very good. They worked with us to find the right caregiver, they spent a lot of time thinking about my father's specific needs, and we've been satisfied with the care so far.
